The pintuck foot with 5 grooves #31 is especially suitable for sewing even pintucks on medium-weight fabrics.

A twin needle with matching intermediate needle spacing is required for sewing pintucks. This ensures that the finished pintucks have the optimum size for the grooves on the pintuck foot. These grooves ensure an even spacing when sewing several parallel tucks at .

The generous recess in the centre of the foot of the piping foot with 5 grooves #31 ensures a good view of the area to be sewn. This piping foot is also ideal for sewing trimmings and mini piping as well as for elastic gathering.
