The water-repellent all-purpose sewing thread - stay in a good mood through wind and weather with the right clothing and accessories. With the new all-purpose sewing thread Water Repellent, nothing stands in the way of creativity when sewing water-repellent outfits and accessories.
Welcome rainy days
To make seams water-repellent, the sewing thread needs a special finish. This protective finish is applied evenly to the surface of the sewing thread and acts like a water-repellent coating. As a result, the sewing thread no longer absorbs water and the water-absorbing capillary effect of the sewing thread is cancelled out.
With the new all-purpose sewing machine Water Repellent, water-repellent lockstitch and topstitch seams are child's play on all household sewing machines. It is sewn as top and bobbin thread and, in combination with water-repellent fabrics, the seam can withstand any weather.
Manufactured with Micro Core Technology®, it offers a non-slip surface with its micro loops and, in combination with the water-repellent protective finish, closes the stitch hole perfectly. The excellent gliding properties of the sewing thread are retained.
