Echo quilting with ease
The Echoquilt clips have been specially developed for quilting with the Adjustable Ruler Foot #72 and the . They are made of robust plastic that is scratch-resistant and has anti-static properties. This keeps the surface scratch- and lint-free. The transparent echo quilt clips can be clipped to the bottom of the foot sole of the ruler foot.
What is echo-quilting?
In this application, the echo quilting clips are used to quilt around a motif in order to frame it. To do this, the clips are guided freehand or along a template at various intervals. This technique is called "echo quilting". With the BERNINA Plexiglas templates, decorative quilting patterns (such as "crosshatching" or "piano keys") can also be easily created using the various distances between the echo quilting clips. Thanks to the laser-cut markings, the clips can be precisely positioned and guided. Perfect patterns are created in no time at all.
