Cancellation policy


You can cancel your contractual declaration within 14 days, by registering via our contact form or in another text form (e.g. letter or e-mail) or - if the item is delivered to you before the deadline expires - also by returning the item . The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfilment of our information obligations.

The prerequisite for a return is the intactness of the product. It must be in its original condition (with sealed film) and must not have been used. Unpacked and used products are excluded from exchange.

For unjustified returns, we charge a restocking fee of 10% of the value of the goods, but at least CHF 20 for shipping & handling.

All products that have been used once are excluded from the right of cancellation . The right of cancellation does not apply to distance selling contracts.

  • For the delivery of goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications
  • or are clearly tailored to personal requirements
  • or which are not suitable for return due to their nature
  • or whose expiry date has been exceeded.
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send the cancellation or the goods in good time. When exercising your right of cancellation, please complete the form provided for this purpose at or contact us at by telephone or email.

Consequences of cancellation

In the event of an effective cancellation, the services received by both parties must be returned and any benefits derived (e.g. interest) must be surrendered. If you are unable to return or surrender to us the service received, as well as benefits (e.g. benefits of use), in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us for the value.

You only have to pay compensation for the deterioration of the item and for any use made of it if the use or the deterioration is due to handling of the item that goes beyond checking the properties and functionality. "Testing the properties and functionality" means testing and trying out the respective goods, as is possible and customary in a shop, for example.

Items capable of being sent by parcel post are to be returned at our risk. You have to bear the regular costs of the return shipment if the delivered goods correspond to those ordered, if the price of the item to be returned does not exceed CHF 40, if you have not yet paid the consideration or made a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of cancellation in the case of a higher price of the item. Otherwise the return is free of charge for you.

Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days . The period begins for you with the dispatch of your cancellation notice or the goods, for us with their receipt.
