Quick & easy operation via touchscreen or multifunction buttons
The colourful, centrally positioned 5-inch touchscreen makes it easy to find your desired stitch and customise it or optimise the thread tension. The multifunction buttons can also be used to change the stitch length or width while sewing. And if you need help, the sewing advisor will recommend the best stitch for your fabric.
Plenty of space and light for your sewing projects
Keep an overview thanks to the four bright LEDs that optimally illuminate the large sewing area of 230 mm to the right of the needle. The additional free-arm slide-on table makes large quilting and sewing projects even easier to handle.
Even feed of all materials
The integrated dual feed can be activated with a flick of the wrist and ensures even feeding of all materials from above and below. This makes it possible to sew several layers of fabric or materials that are difficult to feed without the seam slipping or rippling.
Sewing function and automatic thread cutter
Thanks to the securing function, you no longer have to sew backwards to secure the seam at the end. Simply press the sew button and the seam end will be sewn automatically. Then press the button for the automatic thread cutter, the threads are gone and the seam is finished! Want it even faster? Then programme these functions on the foot control with back-kick function - one press of the heel is all it takes.
Even more sewing convenience
The semi-automatic needle threader makes threading child's play - the presser foot automatically lowers to the correct position and the thread can be fixed in the side thread cutter for threading. You can sew even more comfortably with the knee lever, which raises and lowers the presser foot with knee pressure, leaving your hands free to guide the fabric.
Finishing fabrics with decorative and quilting stitches
Of course, you can sew straight, zigzag or elastic stitches with the b77. It also offers beautiful decorative and quilting stitches that you can use to enhance your sewing projects. There is also a choice of different buttonholes. Your customised stitch is saved temporarily and you can save it in your personal memory for future projects.
The right presser foot for every application
Your bernette 77 comes with eight presser foot soles. Choose the right presser foot for the fabric or project. For example, you can use the zigzag foot for zigzag stitches, the embroidery foot for decorative stitches and the automatic buttonhole foot for buttonholes. With the right feet, you can complete your sewing projects quickly and with good stitch quality. The presser foot recommendation on the touchscreen shows you which foot is suitable for the selected stitch.
