The bernette Funlock 42 is a coverstitch machine with a total of 3 different coverstitches with a width of 2.8 and 5.6 mm and a chain stitch. You can use it to add professional stitches to your hems, finishes and cuffs, giving your sewing project a perfect look straight away. Particularly stretchy fabrics and thin knitwear can be processed perfectly with the bernette Funlock 42. Threading needles and hooks is also child's play thanks to the separate needle threader and hook threader mechanism. And to ensure you have a good view of your sewing project, the bernette Funlock 42 has a bright LED light.
Easy threading thanks to the colour-coded thread guides
This is made easier with the colour-coded threading paths and the lower looper threading aid. Simply follow the colour symbols and your bernette Funlock 42 is quickly threaded.

With 87 mm fabric clearance to the right of the needles, the bernette Funlock 42 also offers plenty of space for larger sewing projects. Another plus is that the working area is well lit with a bright LED light.
