One-Step BERNINA Air Threader

With one step on the foot pedal, the threads are guided through the machine in no time at all by air. This leaves both hands free to guide the threads. The L 890 automatically brings the hooks into the correct position for the air threader - simply press the foot control and off you go!

Whether stitch selection, individual stitch settings or personal memory - the touchscreen keeps all information available at all times and allows changes to be made while sewing. The L 890 offers a guided and expert mode. In both expert and guided mode, the thread tension, stitch length and differential feed are set automatically.

Stitch length, differential feed, thread tension, cutting width or any other stitch parameter can also be set while sewing. With a simple turn of the mtc knob, you can fine-tune the amount of looping thread that encircles the fabric edge.
