The overlock machine with automatic air threader
The overlocker with automatic air threader from bernette. The looper threads are threaded in no time at all using the air threader. It has never been easier. The b64 AIRLOCK has more to offer: thanks to the free arm, closed sleeves and cuffs can be processed easily. A generous work surface provides space to the right of the needle, as does the slide-on table supplied. 5 LEDs brightly illuminate the work area. The presser foot can be lowered and temporarily raised using the knee lever, leaving both hands free to guide the fabric. There is a choice of 16 different stitches and a sewing speed of up to 1300 stitches per minute. You'll be finished with your project in no time!
Automatic air threader for looper threads
Threading the hook has never been easier and faster thanks to the air threader. Each hook can be threaded individually or together at the touch of a button.
5 LEDs in the sewing area
The well-lit working area of the bernette 64 AIRLOCK makes sewing and threading the hook and needles easier. The 5 LEDs enable precise and accurate work.
mtc thread control
Used for the first time on a bernette machine, the mtc thread control saves you a lot of time and effort while ensuring consistently high stitch quality, as you only have to adjust the thread tension once - even if you change the cutting width or fabric quantity.
Plenty of space thanks to the large working area (130 mm)
The 130 mm to the right of the needle adds a new dimension to overlocking. The generous working area makes it easy to guide large sewing projects and also makes tasks in the needle and hook area much easier: changing the presser foot, attaching the upper hook cover and much more.
Free arm
The b64 AIRLOCK has a free arm to make it easier to sew round pieces such as sleeves or trouser legs.
Large slide-on table for large projects
The easy-to-attach slide-on table supplied with the machine makes sewing and fabric guidance even more convenient, especially for large sewing projects. The fabric glides smoothly over the rounded table.
Free-motion system (FHS)
The knee lever supplied leaves your hands free to position the fabric comfortably under the presser foot. You can also easily lift the presser foot with your knee by pushing the lever to the right.
