When threading the two looper threads, both hands remain free to guide the threads, as the threads are guided through the machine by air in no time at all with a step on the foot pedal.

With the BERNINA free-motion system (FHS), you can raise and lower the presser foot easily using the knee lever. The presser foot can also be swivelled out to the side for easy access to the needles.
